Multilingual Live Referral Centre


CMX Research Inc. offers its clients a multilingual referral service (English, French, Spanish, and Chinese) with a dedicated toll free number that is answered by live, professional call centre personnel.  This service is available in all North American time zones during business hours, after hours and on weekends.  A major benefit to this service is that high call volumes are directed away from busy medical offices and screened so that only qualified individuals will make contact with our investigators.  Individual eligibility is determined using a protocol specific questionnaire.

This service is able to determine individual eligibility and send pre-qualified individuals to the nearest participating study site.  All referrals from our centre are tracked in order to provide our clients with weekly reports to give a complete picture of the call centre effectiveness. CMX Research Inc. uses these reports to perform necessary fine tuning to the centralized advertising campaign in order to maximize the overall advertising response.
